We use AI to automate the work you repeat every week, for businesses across Castilla-La Mancha. Before we promise you anything, we measure it with you.
Windmills, not giants.
Drag the windmill to turn it
Orders that arrive by email, by WhatsApp and by phone. Paper delivery notes that someone copies out by hand. Spreadsheets nobody checks against the management software. That work comes back every Monday. It doesn’t need someone typing. It needs someone checking.
Then there’s the noise. Huge promises about AI, savings nobody has measured, demos that end in a contact form. Plenty of giants, very little machine.
We do the opposite: we show you every part and let you try it.
Let’s follow one made-up order from start to finish. A contractor writes first thing in the morning: “Send me four reels of 2.5 mm² cable and twenty RCDs for Thursday.”
Drag the windmill to turn it
What you already have drives the machine. Emails, PDFs, WhatsApp messages, your management software, your spreadsheets. You don’t change anything to get started: the order comes in the way it does today.
Whatever arrives is collected, wherever it comes from, and sorted in one place. The email, the attachment and the customer stay together, with the time it arrived.
The AI reads the email and suggests the customer, items, quantities and date. Your rules decide the rest: price list, discount, whether there’s stock. Anything unclear gets flagged. Red, blue or black 2.5 mm² cable? Someone on your team decides that.
The checked order goes into your management software. The warehouse gets a notice to pick it and the stock updates. Nobody copies anything by hand.
Out comes a clean order. And at the end of the month, a report for management on what really happened.
You can touch this flour.
Hontanel Suministros Eléctricos doesn’t exist. We made it up from scratch: 408 items, 60 customers and two years of sales. The AI that serves it is real, and you can use it now.
Delivery note A26/1587 · what the AI read
| Code | Item | Qty | Amount |
|---|---|---|---|
| CAB-0010 | H07V-K 2.5 mm² cable, 100 m reel | 5 | €202.54 |
| CAN-0030 | Surface-mount junction box 100×100Doubtful | 21 or 27? | €41.15 |
| CUA-0027 | DIN-rail feed-through terminal 4 mm² | 62 | €39.09 |
The quantity is smudged. Only 21 matches the line amount: the demo suggests 21 and asks you to confirm it.
Orders, delivery notes, invoices and reports that pass through someone’s hands today. The AI reads them, your rules sort them and your team checks them.
For your website, your WhatsApp or your team. They answer from your data, cite the source and, when they don’t know something, they say so and put you through to a person.
Portals, dashboards and integrations for what your management software can’t do. The code is yours.
Fast, accessible, bilingual websites for businesses and professionals in the region.
We also offer maintenance and support, AI training for your team, process consulting and audits, and we help you check which digitalisation grants are still open.
Orders that arrive from five places and delivery notes that have to be typed in.
Collecting invoices every quarter, without chasing anyone.
Bookings and reminders, and the usual questions answered at night too.
QR ordering with the allergens in plain sight.
From a warehouse on an industrial estate in Albacete to a rural guesthouse in Cuenca.
It’s our own product. Your customers order from the table with a QR code, the kitchen sees it straight away and the menu shows the 14 allergens. With a daily menu you change yourself.
A 30-minute call. You tell us what eats up your time.
We do the diagnosis in person, watching how you work on a normal day.
What we’d do, in what order, how long it would take and what it costs.
Short deliveries that you test with your real work before we carry on.
We train your team and stay around for support.
Savings percentages, hours recovered, sales multiplied. We don’t know until we measure, and you shouldn’t believe it before then either. We measure it with you before we promise anything.
QUIJOTIA is Javier Úbeda and Daniel Simón. There’s no sales department and nobody to pass you on to someone else. The person who answers the phone is the person who builds it.

You do. What’s yours is yours.
We put this in writing in the proposal, before we start.
We tell you in writing before we build anything: which service handles each piece of data, in which country and with what safeguards. If some data mustn’t leave your business or the European Union, the piece is designed so it doesn’t, even if that changes which model we use.
When it’s needed, we sign with you the data processing agreement that the GDPR requires.
What this website processes is in the privacy policy (in Spanish).
You can tell. AI makes mistakes, which is why everything we build is designed to show when it’s unsure:
You can see it in the distributor demo: one of its delivery notes has a smudged figure, and the machine tells you so instead of making it up.
We don’t give you a timeline before seeing your case, because it would be made up. A simple website and an automation connected to your ERP are nothing alike.
After the diagnosis, the timeline goes in writing in the proposal. And because we work in short deliveries, the first piece that works arrives well before the whole project. How we work.
Not for new applications. According to Acelera pyme, the calls for the Kit Digital programme, the Spanish government’s digitalisation scheme for small businesses, have closed. We’re not going to sell you a voucher that can no longer be applied for.
What we do is go through with you which digitalisation grants are still open for your business.
Choose how you’d like to start. One of the two of us will answer.
If you like, help us prepare the call with six short questions. It’s optional.
