AI for accounting and law firms

The quarter closes and the usual begins: chasing invoices, opening emails full of crooked photos, sorting documents and giving ten clients the same answer. The same again during the income tax campaign. That work can be automated without the data leaving your control.

In progress. Illustration pending (phase 5: FLUX images).

What we automate

  • Invoice collection. Your clients send them by email or WhatsApp, or upload them through a link. They’re collected automatically and assigned to the right client and quarter.
  • Invoice reading. Issuer, date, taxable amount, VAT and total become data without typing. Anything that doesn’t read clearly is flagged for review.
  • Document sorting. Payslips, contracts, official notices and deeds, each in its own folder.
  • Reminders. Clients with missing paperwork get a reminder before the deadline, not the day before.
  • An internal assistant. It searches your documents and the regulations you give it, and tells you which page each answer comes from.

You can see document reading working in our demo: it’s a distributor, not an accounting firm, but it reads delivery notes and invoices just the same. More detail in AI automation.

Confidentiality

You work with third-party data and you’re bound by professional secrecy. Before we build anything, we tell you in writing:

  • where each piece of data is processed and which service processes it;
  • who can see it, inside your firm and outside it;
  • how long it’s kept and how it’s deleted;
  • which data processing agreement is needed under the GDPR.

If a document mustn’t leave the firm, the piece is designed so it doesn’t. You can read how we use AI in AI use and how we handle data in the privacy policy, both in Spanish.

The AI doesn’t sign

The AI sorts, reads and suggests. A professional reviews and signs. No model files a return or answers a client about their case without someone on your team having seen it.

For your clients, an assistant can answer the general questions (which documents are needed, when a deadline falls) and pass anything about their own case to a person.

Questions from accounting firms

Do my clients have to install anything?

No. They send their invoices the way they already do, by email or WhatsApp, or through a link.

Does it fit in with our accounting software?

It connects to it to put the data where you need it. We check this during the diagnosis.

What if the AI misreads an invoice?

Anything doubtful is flagged and checked by your team before it’s posted. Every correction is logged.
